Yes, we ship our products internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. We’re here to help with any specific inquiries about international orders!
Your order will be ship without the item mentionned. Our customer service will then contact you to proceed to the refund or replacement of the missing item. For more information please contact our customer service : info@classicmakup.com

Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email, then a preparation email, and finally a tracking number to follow your order.
In the case that you receive a damaged product, we will process to a replacement.You just need to send it back with the invoice whithin 3 weeks after delivery. For other cases, products have to be returned in their original conditionning and packing process. Not opened as mentionned in the General Sales Conditions policy online.

Yes, all ClassicMakeupUSA products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development and production.
Our website features a shade finder tool to help you select the perfect match for your skin tone. Additionally, we offer detailed descriptions and swatches for each product. If you need further assistance, our customer service team is always ready to help you find the right shade.
Sometimes, we stop some ranges or products and have some new ones coming. They may be sold again during private sale or exclusive offers. If not, we kindly invite you to discover the new products.

Samples are free, but delivery is not. You can also go to a store and get some tips from our make up Artists.
